Mustard Seed - Yellow. Growing in the Mediterranean region, there are 2 types of mustard available; brown (black) and yellow (white). Yellow being milder than the brown seed. Ground mustard is usually from a mixture of both. Frequently used in Indian, African and Asian dishes or can be used for sauces, dressings and chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil releasing the flavour.May contain traces of celery seed.
